1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 100000 platform via the website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 100000 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform.

This platform is intended for adults only. Users must be at least 18 years of age or meet the minimum age requirement set by the applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of 100000 services, users must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided at registration and throughout the life of your account.

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining balances.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 100000 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users of the 100000 platform agree not to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities that compromise the security or integrity of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to hack the system, distributing malware, or manipulating game outcomes through unauthorised means.

Users may not use 100000's services for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. All transactions are subject to compliance screening procedures as required by the platform.

• The use of automated software or bots to place bets or access accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Using a false identity or another person's personal information during registration is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform is strictly prohibited — please report them to the support team immediately.

4. Payments, Transactions & Currency

All financial transactions on the 100000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, online banking via FPX, Maybank2u, and other local payment options available at the time.

The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily limits are as specified on the user account page and may change in line with current platform policies. All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks before approval.

100000 is not responsible for any additional fees charged by third-party payment providers. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to a user's account, 100000 reserves the right to correct the error and reverse any incorrectly credited funds, regardless of whether those funds have already been used for betting.

5. Account Policy – Suspension & Closure

100000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in cases of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or any other security reason deemed necessary by platform management.

In the event of an account suspension, users may be unable to access funds held in their account until the investigation is concluded. If a user is found guilty of fraud or a serious violation, all remaining funds may be forfeited at the platform's discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned within the stipulated timeframe, subject to the successful completion of standard compliance checks.

6. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & General Provisions

The 100000 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 100000 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or data loss at all times. Users acknowledge that betting and gaming carry the risk of financial loss and accept that risk in full.
